It is really easy to track your DPD delivery of balloons once your order has been dispatched. We ship our balloons with couriers who offer on-the-day tracking of your balloons. We will send you a link in an email when we dispatch your balloons, you can click this link to find out where your balloons are. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes, you will receive one tracking number but at times DPD split the parcels in transit resulting in them arriving with different drivers at potentially different times.

You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout. We offer nominated day delivery service before 5:30pm and a requested pre-12pm delivery service via DPD.

We understand your balloons are being delivered for a special occasion, so we recommend having your balloons delivered ahead of time when using the services of DPD. If you require the balloons for the morning of the occasion please select the delivery date 2 days prior. Our Balloons on average last for 5 days so allows for this arrangement, plus it will give you peace of mind that if there is a delay we have time to rectify the situation for you.

Your balloon departs our studio at approximately 5pm the day before delivery. At this point, you will receive your tracking details and can keep an eye on your parcel.

Collect Inflated Balloons Farnborough, Hampshire. We are located just behind the Morrison’s Garage in Southwood and we have lots of parking. You can order inflated balloons from our site and collect them for free from our warehouse.

If your balloon display needs putting together, assembling, or setting up, you will need our Bubblegum events team to come onsite to create stunning balloon installations tailored to your event’s needs.

Available in a 1.5 hour radius from HQ (we can travel further but a minimum installation cost applies).

London delivery is from £60 +VAT, and London set up fees are from £180 +VAT.

We will travel anywhere to install balloons (we have been as far as Canada, Doha and Dubai to date!) but the main area we cover Balloon installations are available in London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Kent.

For balloon installations outside of this area there is a minimum order level of £1000 + VAT.

Yes! You can send balloons to your restaurant, hotel or venue with both DPD or our own Bubblegum Drivers.

We advise you call ahead and let them know to expect the balloons.

Please ensure you put as much detail as possible in the address - Room Number, the Name the Table is Booked under, any details that will help a busy restaurant, hotel or venue identify that the balloons are for you.
